Ms Fiona Woo
Fiona is a Principal Educational Therapist at the Department of Child
Development, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She is part of a team
that sees a range of developmental issues in young children. Her area of
work focuses on supporting 5- and 6-year-old children in pre-literacy and
early reading. She was also involved in the early implementation of the
Development Support Programme (now known as Development Support & Learning
Support) as a Learning Support Educator, which involved screening and providing
early intervention to identified children. She firmly believes in early
identification and providing early intervention for young children to optimise
their learning.
Ms Jesmin Tan
With over 20 years of experience in communications, adult education and
workplace learning, Jesmin brings deep expertise in helping professionals
like job coaches, HR personnel and caregivers supporting persons with disabilities.
She has worked with a wide range of organisations - from start-ups to government
agencies. Jesmin has trained learners across Singapore’s disability, eldercare
and mental health sectors, always with a focus on inclusion, empathy and
practical application. Passionate about empowering others, Jesmin guides
learners in building the skills and confidence needed to help persons with
disabilities navigate public transport independently and safely.
Mr Ng Herk Low
Herk Low is a strategist, consultant and ACLP-certified adult educator.
By helping companies in strategy development, environmental and social
sustainability, and other areas of leadership and management development,
Herk supports his clients to develop new areas of growth and build kinder
and better workplace cultures. Herk has more than 10 years of experience
as a senior leader in the social and sustainability sectors. He holds engineering
degrees from Cornell University and is a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional.
Herk was named as a “LinkedIn Top Voice in Social Impact 2023”.
